Warranty Period: 5 years/100,000 km (whichever comes first)*
Genesis courtesy car will be provided to customers in case of single warranty repair lasting over 24 hours, until the completion of the repair.**

* Detailed warranty policy is subject to Genesis "Warranty Manual".
** If a courtesy car is not available due to special reasons, service coupon or transportation subsidy will be provided.

* Complimentary scheduled maintenance covers cost of parts & labor, key items include engine oil & filter, air cleaner filter, cabin air filter, fuel filter, wiper blade, spark plug, brake oil and canister air filter. Please refer to "Owner’s Manual" for the detailed maintenance schedule.

Genesis Valet ServiceGenesis Valet Service

Genesis Service Partner will come to the location of your choice to pick up your vehicle and take it to a Genesis authorized service center for warranty repair or complimentary scheduled maintenance. After the repair or maintenance is completed, your Service Partner will return your vehicle to your designated location at agreed time.

5-year 7 days x 24-hour free Roadside Assistance service (“RSA”)*. If you need any assistance, you can always contact Genesis Engagement Center at 400-7080-900, and we will provide appropriate services accordingly.

* Once you purchase your vehicle, it is automatically enrolled in our RSA program, which is only available within China mainland. When the vehicle cannot move and the problem cannot be solved onsite, it will be towed to the nearest Genesis authorized service center.
